I fail to see how Grenada "has once more become embroiled in the centre of a multi-million dollar US fraud case". In the first case, two men Daniel Thomas TePoel of Wisconsin (!) and Garry Milosevich another American, whose name seems to a matter of dispute. These American con-men solicited funds from other Americans.
