Ed Miliband appointed as minister of new climate and energy department
Ed Miliband, the younger brother of the foreign secretary David Miliband, has been appointed as head of a newly created UK Department of Energy and Climate Change. Meanwhile, Phil Hunt was appointed Britain’s Minister for Sustainable Development, Climate Change Adaptation and Air Quality by Britain’s Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, or DEFRA.
