Latest edition of the New Agriculturist focuses on potato as alternative staple, and global use of water.

The September edition of the New Agriculturist (2008-05) reports on interesting initiatives to promote potato as an alternative staple in an economic climate where food prices continue to affect the poor, with articles on:
