The Democratic Republic of Congo’s preconditions for the conclusion of an economic partnership agreement between the Central African States and the EU are an increase in production, higher exports, better trade regulation and greater regional integration. These preconditions were explained by the Secretary General for Trade, Kwete Minga, at a press conference last Sunday at the Kinshasa International Trade Fair (FIKIN).
